Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Meetup Marketer (“Company”, “we” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of https://meetupmarketer.com (the “Website”) including any content, functionality and services offered on or through our Website.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use you must not access or use the Website. 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.

1. Username and Password

If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your user name, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. 

We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

2. Prices and Payment Terms. 

(a) You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

(b) Payment options may include the following:  (i) a single payment option whereby the full purchase price will be charged to the payment method you select on or around the date you place your order, and (ii) an installment payment plan whereby the full price will be charged in the applicable number of installments.

3. Refunds.

REFUNDS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND ARE AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF MEETUP MARKETER. (see Results Guarantee)

To obtain a refund, email support@jimmiejayes.com on or before the 30th day from your date of purchase.  Access to all products and services shall cease with your refund.  You have no right to any refund except as set forth in this Section 4.

4. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Website’s content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from the Website. You also agree that meetup.com is a 3rd party website, and that any changes to the meetup website, including but not limited to: changes to the meetup.com website, the sale of meetup.com or meetup.com shutting down, are not within the control of Meetup Marketer, and you agree to indemnify us for any changes made by Meetup.com

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Provence of British Columbia, Canada without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule .

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the Provence of British Columbia.

6. Accuracy, Completeness and Timelessness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
